Chaos reigned in Mountain View yesterday morning following a severe crash that left two teenagers nursing major injuries. The violent encounter between a black sedan and an unyielding tree occurred at the intersection of Sonia Way and Miramonte Avenue, police confirmed.
The Mountain View Police Department was alerted to the crash shortly before 10 a.m. in a statement on their official X account, with traffic disruptions projected to last several hours. Responders from the Mountain View PD and the Mountain View Fire Department found the car impaled against the tree on the driveway of a residence, with three teenagers at the scene, according to KRON.
