
Police in New Hampshire are on the hunt for vandals who turned a Croydon cemetery into their personal off-roading track, leaving behind a mess of tire tracks and ruts. According to NBC Boston, the New Hampshire State Police were called to the scene at Croydon Flat Cemetery on Camel Hump Road this past weekend to find the grounds scarred by vehicle tracks.
The incident, which occurred between the evening of December 22 and the early morning of December 23, has the local authorities seeking information from the public and the New Hampshire State Police are asking anyone who knows anything about maybe help them find out who was behind this apparent case of criminal mischief, WHDH reported.
“Numerous ruts and tire tracks on the grass, and it appears an unknown number of vehicles purposefully drove through the cemetery to cause damage,” New Hampshire State Police described the scene in a statement obtained by WHDH. The identity of the perpetrators remains unknown.
