According to an alert posted by the Oakland Police Department on X, Williams, who lives with dementia, is considered at risk because of her medical condition.

Williams, a Black female with gray hair and brown eyes, is described as being 5'2" tall and weighing 170 pounds. Her age and medical condition intensify the urgency of the search, and the community is asked to come forward with any information that could aid in her safe return.
