Authorities have released footage showing a 1994 Red Ford Ranger, with Minnesota license plate number 116KPL, driving dangerously close to several kids getting off a school bus on County Road 41 in Willow River. The event occurred at around 3:22 PM on December 21, according to Pine County Sheriff's Office.
