
In an urgent response to a call on the evening of November 30, Rancho Cucamonga deputies leaped into action, rescuing a 16-year-old boy from the clasp of a drug overdose. The overdose took place in the 8700 Block of Arrow Route, as reported by the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department. According to their statement, upon arrival, unresponsive and in desperate need, deputies administered lifesaving measures.
Breathing life back into the brink of eternity, the deputies delivered three doses of Narcan, reversing the overdose's deadly grip. After the third dose, the boy emerged back into consciousness. The victim was subsequently taken to a local hospital, where he made a recovery, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department.
Local authorities have not identified any suspects in this case. The identity of the victim has been kept confidential due to legal considerations and the sensitivity surrounding the incident.
