In Pittman-Sullivan Park on San Antonio's East Side, a man became the victim of a cold-blooded stabbing. Authorities descended upon the scene after a 911 call placed just after 9 p.m. Sunday night reported a man bleeding profusely on a park bench, KENS 5 reports.
According to the disoriented descriptions given by the bystanders, the victim, a man in his 30s, was laying helpless, his lifeblood seeping away from a gash in his neck. FOX San Antonio informs us that the unsuspecting individual, who was sitting on a bench, was attacked with a sharp object in what he described as an unprovoked attack.
Suffering from non-life-threatening injuries, the victim was rushed to the hospital. The assailant is believed to be a male operative, which is the only description provided by officials. The San Antonio Police Department has not released any specifics about the weapon used, as narrated by KENS 5.
