Tejano singer Javier Galvan has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a 2021 crash that left three dead and two others injured. Galvan, whose legal name is Francisco Javier Galvan Trevino, entered guilty pleas to three counts of intoxicated manslaughter and two counts of intoxication assault with a vehicle, according to MySA.

The June 13, 2021, collision in Runnels County claimed the lives of 20-year-old Marisa Ramos and her two passengers, 12-year-old Keelie Ramos and 7-year-old Adalynn Muniz; another passenger, 10-year-old Kolbie Ramos, survived but was injured. MySA reported that Galvan's blood-alcohol level was recorded at .132, significantly above Texas' legal limit. The crash occurred when Galvan's vehicle entered an oncoming traffic lane, colliding head-on with Ramos' vehicle.

Further details from the Texas Department of Public Safety's crash report, shared by MySA, clarified that Galvan was attempting to pass multiple vehicles on SH-153 before the tragic accident, which saw the Ramos' vehicle catch fire after the impact.

Three of the accident's victims hail from Plainview, with Ramos and Muniz, along with 46-year-old Cissy L. Ramos, pronounced dead at the scene. The collision that unfolded just west of Winters at around 10:19 p.m also left two others critically injured and subsequently transported to Hendrick Medical Center for treatment, according to MySA.
