As for the event lovers, the Cooks & Soldiers are resurrecting the Tamborrada Festival with a Basque-themed bash featuring live music and a smorgasbord of signature bites on Jan. 14. If you're shopping around, the new Outlet Bar at the Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta is already serving up spirits and blends alongside the food stalls, making shopping trips that much more intoxicating.
But with every new opening, there's a closure that tugs at our foodie heartstrings.
