Perry, 63, was last seen on January 21 in the 35800 block of 6th Street East. He's a white male adult, standing 5'06" tall, weighing 115 lbs., with distinguishing white hair, blue eyes, and a full beard, according to the department's Facebook post.
Authorities are particularly concerned for Perry’s safety because he is legally blind. The clothes he was wearing at the time of his disappearance consist of, a white T-shirt and blue pants. The Sheriff's Department emphasized the gravity of the situation due to Perry's vision impairment. Anyone with information regarding Perry's whereabouts is urged to come forward and assist in the search.
