There’s a new player coming to town in the food hall game, and it’s setting up shop in Allston-Brighton. Craft Food Hall Project, a group already known for their innovative takes on the dining experience, is seeking to fill the space at 1234 Soldiers Field Road, right across from the Charles River. The location, formerly Casa Cana, is slated to feature a variety of amenities including a bar, seating and lobby area, alongside a self-service tap and a seasonal outdoor patio, as Boston Restaurant Talk reports.
Not just your average meal spot, Craft Food Hall banks on its "Attraction Formula" to draw crowds, boasting a unique Concept that steers clear of monotony through what they call “Taste Shifting.” According to the Craft Food Hall’s philosophy page, their Sousvide Spectrumization™ Program should let diners sink their teeth into five-star cooking methods that consistently bring something new to the table. The intent is clear: to spice things up — literally.
The design of their food halls is equally thought out, aiming to enhance the experience from every angle. Craft Food Hall believes in “Purpose Shifting,” transforming every inch of the venue into a functional and adaptable space. Whether that means Vibe Zones to add buzz, Wellness Rooms for a breather, or Conference Rooms that double as Private Event Areas, the goal is to morph based on the guests' needs.
Craft Food Hall also places importance on the ambiance with their Energy Intelligence™ Strategy to control the atmosphere. Creating an environment that caters to the clientele's moods throughout the week, halfway through the day, or in the full swing of an event, they aim to recharge or relax patrons. "Mood Shifting," according to their philosophy, is crucial whether the customer realizes it or not, bringing an extra dimension to Beer Gardens’ zest or the peace within Wellness Lounges.
Joining their existing locations which include Revolution Hall in Lexington and the upcoming Morrissey Hall at Southline in Dorchester, this outpost aims to bring something new to the Allston-Brighton gastro-scene. Their mantra: weave "Taste Shifting," "Purpose Shifting," and "Mood Shifting" together in a continuous thread of love, positive energy, and innovative food. And with the promise of five-star sous vide cooking and zoned spaces that blend work and play, Craft Food Hall is poised to become a local hotspot in the Boston food circuit.
