
A cold New Year's Day became the backdrop of a grim discovery in Dallas. Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at approximately noon on January 1. A man, whose identity is still being withheld pending family notification, was found dead from gunshot wounds inside a vehicle parked on the 300 block of Singleton Blvd, according to the Dallas Police Department.
