A young man's life was abruptly ended in a shooting on Ross Avenue in Dallas, thrusting local police into a search for answers. The victim, identified as 21-year-old Carlos Rogue, was found fatally wounded from a gunshot on January 1.
The Dallas Police were called to the 3500 block of Ross Avenue around 3:00 p.m., on New Year's Day where they discovered Rogue already shot. Despite the rapid response of Dallas Fire-Rescue, Rogue's injuries proved fatal and he was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Dallas Police Department.
