Undaunted, the fire brigade set to work, the manos-de-dios of first responders shielding all that lay beneath from the fiery chaos overhead. "The rapid fire attack and quick knockdown of the fire limited the damage to the attic, and a small upstairs portion of one of the units," the OCFA relayed. In a stroke of fortune, or perhaps due to some fine fire-fighting, or both—a majority of the property, along with its contents, emerged unscathed.
There were no injuries reported, though the source of the blaze remains a mystery, its cause is currently under investigation.
