Upon their arrival, GFD's "A" shift crews were greeted with a garage ablaze and an inferno threatening to consume a family home. Fox7 Austin reported the fire stretching into the residence, but thanks to the firefighter's rapid intervention, the fire's reach was stymied.
Their quick action not only halted the spread of destruction but also allowed for a successful rescue mission. All animals were retrieved without harm.
