The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is reaching out to the public to assist in finding Gregory Joseph Ojeda, a 40-year-old Hispanic male who has been missing since December 22, 2023. Ojeda was last seen in the early hours of the morning, around 5:00 a.m., on the 14600 block of Horticulture in Hacienda Heights, according to an alert issued by the department.
Ojeda stands 6 feet tall, weighs 195 pounds, and is recognizable by his black hair, brown eyes, and sleeve tattoos on both arms. The Sheriff’s Department has indicated that he may well be driving a gray 2002 GMC Safari van with California license plate number 4YWM930. His family is deeply concerned about his well-being and is urging anyone with information to quickly come forward.
In efforts to spread the word, the sheriff's bureau is asking residents to register for "Nixle" alerts to receive up-to-date information via email and text on the ongoing search and other local issues. Those wishing to provide urgent information are encouraged to contact the Missing Persons Unit at (323) 890-5500.
