The Petaluma Police Department has issued an urgent plea to the public for assistance in locating a 13-year-old girl, who has gone missing since Wednesday afternoon, according to a press release. Kazmira Aaspod, identified as a white female juvenile, has been labeled "at risk" due to her youth and a history of previous disappearances.
Kazmira was last seen at Headwaters High School in Petaluma, the details provided by Sergeant Paul Gilman of the Petaluma PD indicate she walked off campus on January 10th, around 12:30 p.m. The concern for her safety is heightened, as she resides in a group home in Santa Rosa and this is not the first time she has been reported missing - the most recent prior incident being in December.
The search is on to find the young girl described as 5 feet tall, weighing approximately 100 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. When she was last seen, Kazmira was wearing a red jacket, a black hoodie, black sweats, and white Converse sneakers. The public is encouraged to keep an eye out for her distinctive attire.
