A fiery collision involving an 18-wheeler and a sedan caused traffic chaos and sent one person to the hospital with serious injuries in North Austin, authorities said Thursday.

The chaos unfolded near Parmer Lane on the 11900 block of North Interstate 35 southbound service road around 9:42 a.m. when a car found itself under the massive truck.
