Texas Children's Pediatrics is stepping up its game for the families in Central Texas, inaugurating its newest facility, Texas Children's Pediatrics Kyle Crossing. A stone's throw away from rapid growth and the bustling families it brings, Kyle's latest medical asset offers an array of pediatric services right in the heartbeat of one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. The clinic, nestled at 5120 S. FM 1626, is Texas Children’s Pediatrics' 20th location in Central Texas and swings its doors open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Amidst Kyle's sprawling developments, “I couldn’t be more excited about the growth in services that Austin and Central Texas area families are experiencing,” stated Dan Gollins, president of Texas Children’s Pediatrics. Gollins emphasized high-quality care as their top priority for the new location. The clinic is an extension of Texas Children's strong reputation, like the state's number one children's hospital, geared towards addressing the robust health needs of its newest community.

On top of offering prenatal consultations and preventive health care, the clinic is equipped to handle sick visits and a breadth of routine services, such as immunizations and health education. Blair Reed, an Austin-based pediatric nurse practitioner, is spearheading the clinical efforts alongside Dr. Nicole Laird, an Austin native and pediatric specialist bringing over 13 years of expertise to Kyle. Dr. Laird expressed her enthusiasm about coming back home, citing her intimate knowledge of the area and the opportunity to serve her community with the respected Texas Children's team.

Texas Children’s Hospital North Austin is set to follow suit, with plans to unfurl its services to children and women next month, KXAN reported. Located at 9835 North Lake Creek Parkway, the hospital will offer more specialized care with a 365,000-square-foot facility featuring 52 beds and a range of subspecialties such as cardiology and oncology, to name a few. From acute to specialized care, Texas Children's aims to bridge the healthcare gap for families in the rapidly growing Central Texas region.

For those itching to pencil in their next pediatric appointment, calls are open at Texas Children's Pediatrics Kyle Crossing at 737-229-9970. With a legacy of leading patient care, education, and research, Texas Children's continues its commitment to expanding comprehensive healthcare options for children and women not just statewide but on a global scale.
