The dessert shop has already launched a pop-up and is looking to quickly to open a food truck and a permanent location to meet demand.
Another addition is Pirate's Paradise, a pirate-themed eatery promising a trove of comfort food treasures, slated to open on Sawdust Road in Spring where Herb & Beet once stood. Details remain scarce, but early 2024 is the charted course for this venture, as reported by Community Impact.
Furthermore, health enthusiasts can look forward to the launch of Texas' first Pure Green franchise in The Woodlands. The New York City-based chain, known for its organic and locally sourced health foods, including smoothies and acai bowls, will debut in March at the Alden Bridge Shopping Center. Lisa and Rick De Armas, the couple behind the initiative, intent to create a space that equally values nutritional offerings and a relaxing atmosphere.
The local market is also bracing to welcome the luxurious It's A Secret Med Spa, offering exclusive treatments like Botox, fillers, and body sculpting. Set to open at Lake Woodlands Crossing in February, this Dallas-based medical spa chain promises an escape into a realm of wellness and serenity. "We look forward to representing tranquility and luxury at our 'hidden oasis' in The Woodlands," the company was anticipated to offer a 20 percent discount to first-time visitors as a celebration of its grand opening, as stated by the Houston Chronicle.
In the fashion and retail sectors, Spanish clothing line Mango is extending its Houston-area presence with a new store in The Woodlands Mall, and L'Occitane en Provence, a French skincare brand focusing on natural ingredients and environmental consciousness, is coming soon to the same location. Meanwhile, Suit Warehouse will be dressing up The Woodlands’ sartorial scene with its variety of men’s fashion, and Gordon’s Food Service is expected to open its doors to provide ingredients for the catering, hospitality, and culinary industries in the area.
Even mobile dining is on the rise, with Thyme to Dine Streatery parking its food truck at the Gosling Food Truck Park in Spring. The culinary venture by Chef Andrew Lafave and wife Alejandra, features a New England seafood-inspired menu highlighted by lobster rolls and fish and chips.
