
A grim silence hangs over the 300 block of County Road 317 outside Georgetown, TX, where two individuals were found dead following a late-night shooting. The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office reports that the distressing incident transpired around 11:45 p.m. on January 8, with deputies responding to a 911 call marking an abrupt end to the lives within a local residence.
Once on the scene, law enforcement discovered the bodies of the two deceased. A suspect, whose identity has not been made public at this time, has been swiftly apprehended and is now in custody. "Sheriff's Office Detectives are on scene," the Williamson County Sheriff's Office stated in a social media update. Residents, however, are being asked to keep clear of the affected area to allow the ongoing investigation to proceed smoothly.
