The severity of the assault prompted immediate police response, as officers quickly arrived to discover the aftermath of the violent confrontation, one victim was so shaken that a trip to the hospital was warranted for his injuries while his companion, also traumatized was released to his family and chose to seek medical assistance privately. The Pacifica Police Department, in a statement released to the public, confirmed that the investigation is still in full swing as they work to piece together the circumstances of this brazen crime.
