The juveniles were swiftly approaching a traffic stop in the beleaguered car on Swift Avenue South. Plagued by a tire rim damaged from an earlier run-in with a spike strip deployed by another agency, the car hammered into the back of a Toyota before their reckless journey came to an abrupt end atop an SPD cruiser.
