On February 9, just past noon, the officers part of District C-11's Drug Control Unit executed a warrant and apprehended Jammar Smith. This came as result of a meticulous investigation steered by community service officers in conjunction with local citizens alarmed by the drug activity impacting their daily existence, according to the Boston Police Department.
Smith, pinpointed during the intensive probe, now faces charges for the distribution of Class B substance, specifically crack cocaine. The arrest occurred in vicinity of 213 Bowdoin Street, and Smith is slated for arraignment in Dorchester District Court.
