A man has been nabbed by the cops for swiping identifying docs in a theft incident, authorities say. Cameron Perry, the chap caught in the act, was snagged by deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office on February 9 in Cypress, near the 11500 block of Huffmeister Road.
