An upstart beer company in Georgia that pitches itself as "100% Woke Free American Beer" is now sinking under an avalanche of consumer complaints and an F-rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Seth Weathers, owner of Ultra Right Beer, is facing the heat after more than a hundred customers claimed that they paid for beer that was never delivered, according to a Fox 5 Atlanta report.

In a desperate bid to capitalize on conservative criticisms of mainstream brands, Ultra Right Beer tried to corner the market by claiming space in a niche but crowded field. Specifically targeting those irked by Bud Light’s brief partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, Weathers looked to translate political discontent into sales. Promised gifts and a beacon for a certain ideology, customers, like Tony Leuci from Tampa, were left holding the bag. Leuci's wife placed an order for a limited edition six-pack back in September and still, "This is horrible customer service," Leuci exclaimed, as the wait passed the four-month mark.

Customer dissatisfaction runs deep, with complaints piling up since the company's inception nine months ago. Walker Means of Edinboro, Pennsylvania, also expressed his discontent, citing both the allure of the conservative-friendly branding and the idea of presenting a thoughtful gift, in a statement obtained by Rum Raiders. Now, he says, "Absolutely not," his support dashed by the company's silence and failure to deliver.

Weathers concedes the company's missteps, noting the small operation was swamped by orders and neglected addressing complaints submitted to the BBB. Offering refunds to those still eagerly awaiting their brews, Weathers told Fox 5 Atlanta, "We’re doing the best we can to put it in the cans and get it out as fast as we can." Despite delivering finally her beer to Dawn Young of Orange Park, accompanied by a refund, the company's record still festers with the sting of an F-rating – the badge of disappointment and unfulfilled promises – given by the BBB.

Compounding the irony, while customers are left dry and thirsty for the very products that purport to fund their political brethren, Ultra Right Beer claims it has made good on at least one promise. The company boasts of donating a portion of its proceeds to conservative causes. According to Weathers, $50,000 has been donated to the GA GOP and another chunk has been promised to a legal defense fund; a gesture that perhaps rings hollow for those left watching the mailbox for a package that may never come, as detailed by Fox 5 Atlanta.
