An AMBER Alert has been issued for a Houston baby boy, not seen for the last three weeks, as desperate search efforts extend into Missouri, authorities confirmed. The one-year-old, Noah Mi'aani Jah-sae Johnson, is believed to be with his mother, Kamilah Antoinette Johnson, 38, last spotted at a Walmart in Kansas City on Feb. 26 around 9:45 p.m., according to the Houston Chronicle.

The AMBER Alert, initially issued in Texas, was canceled on Feb. 16, though a regional alert remained active. With a serious medical condition prompting concerns, the alert reactivation in Missouri comes after officials deemed the child needed medical attention. Noah has been missing since Feb. 6 from Harris County and was reportedly taken from his mother's custody by the State of Texas, said Missouri State Highway Patrol officials cited by the Houston Chronicle.

Noah's precarious situation deepens as he requires medication for his undisclosed medical condition, which he could be without, attributed to Kamilah's decision not to pick up his prescription from the pharmacy. According to the KHOU 11 report, Noah's doctors requested a welfare check by CPS, which led to the discovery that he and his mother were missing, and vanished from their family apartment.

The Harris County Precinct 8 Constable's Office was informed by the apartment complex that Kamilah had been seen loading her vehicle up with clothes and different things, and her children and left the apartment complex, according to an investigator's statement obtained by KHOU 11. Noah, described as 2 feet tall with black hair and brown eyes, was last seen sporting a blue shirt and flower-print pants. His mother, Kamilah, is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, and was driving a white 2007 GMC Yukon, bearing a Texas license plate STM-7097.

Anyone who may have seen Noah or Kamilah Johnson or might have information regarding their whereabouts is encouraged to call the Harris County Precinct 8 Constable's Office at 281-488-4040.
