
Chaos erupted in Seattle's busy Central Business District Wednesday afternoon when two men were suddenly stabbed in broad daylight. The Seattle Police Department responded to a distressing call shortly before 3:30 p.m. near the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Columbia Street. Officers quickly arrived at the scene to discover two males in their late 40s with injuries consistent with a stabbing, according to the Seattle Police Department.

First responders worked to provide immediate treatment to the victims before swiftly transporting them to Harborview Medical Center. Thankfully, the injuries were reported to not be life-threatening. The report describes an unidentified male suspect having approached the victims before, allegedly without any provocation, engaging in the act that led to the stabbing. After the violent encounter, the assailant managed quickly to escape on foot and presently remains at large, as per the Seattle Police Department (SPD).
