
University of Texas at Austin Police Department is on the hunt for two suspects following a burglary at an ATM Tuesday evening, according to a report by KXAN. The crime occurred in the 1300 block of East Dean Keeton Street around 5 p.m., with the police confirming that the suspects made off with an undisclosed amount of cash from the machine.
Witness descriptions helped the police to identify their appearance: the first suspect, wearing a beard and glasses, was decked out in a black hat, gloves, a navy shirt, tan pants, black shoes, and a black backpack. While wearing a dark gray hat and a gray sweater, the other suspect sported blue jeans along with black and white Nike shoes and matched his accomplice with a black backpack of his own. These details came to light in a social media post by UTPD.

Although there were no reported injuries from the incident, UT police are treating the matter with utmost seriousness, as reflected in the ongoing investigation by the UTPD Investigations and Mitigation Division.
