
Three people lost their lives in a late-night vehicular tragedy on State Highway 130 near Tesla Road in eastern Travis County, as a car carrying them veered off the road and violently crashed onto its roof. The deaths were confirmed after the Austin-Travis County EMS responded to the accident, which occurred around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, according to KXAN.
Details remain sparse, but what is known is that the vehicle, containing three adults, somehow traveled off SH 130 and came to rest disastrously on Tesla Road. All attempts to quickly rescue and potentially save the crash victims were in vain, as responders worked to extricate them from the wreckage. Following the incident, the southbound lanes of SH 130 at Tesla Road were shut down, as indicated by the Texas Department of Transportation.
