A Silver Alert has been issued in Alameda County for Purnell Davis, a 74-year-old man last seen wandering near 14th Avenue and E. 31th Street in Oakland, according to an alert from the California Highway Patrol circulated on Wednesday. Davis, described as 6 feet tall and 224 pounds with brown hair and eyes, was notably dressed in a black Raiders jacket, gray sweatpants, black Crocs, and carrying a Trader Joe's shopping bag when he vanished.
