Cook has been described as a young man, standing at 5-foot-4 and weighing 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Wearing a brown hoodie, blue jeans, and black sneakers, Jacob Cook, who has a diminished mental capacity due to his developmental delay, has been missing since the end of last month. The police have stressed Cook's vulnerabilities due to his condition, urging the community to come forward with any information.
