Three suspects wanted for aggravated robbery were apprehended by Harris County deputies in conjunction with Houston police. The multi-agency operation involving elements from the HCSO District 2 CRU, the Violent Crimes Division, and their partners at the Houston Police Department netted the suspects after what was described as a tense capture where they attempted to flee from law enforcement.
In the execution of the arrest, officers managed to safely execute a PIT maneuver to stop the suspects vehicle, who were then found to possess not only firearms and masks but also a Glock modified with a switch, a device that effectively transforms the firearm into a fully automatic weapon and they had marijuana in their possession, according to the details shared by Lt. Santos on X.

The identities and the charges to be faced by the trio are yet to be disclosed; however, the possession of such modified weaponry hints at malicious intentions beyond the robbery at hand. The successful coordination of multiple law enforcement bodies serves as a testament to the ongoing efforts to stymie the scourge of violent crime that continues to plague the community.
