Scruggs is wanted for questioning regarding the incident that left 26-year-old Aoun Khalil Khashan dead at 5999 Savoy Drive on the morning of January 9. According to local reports, Scruggs can be pinpointed by his brown or colorful braided hair, and he stands about 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing in between 160 to 165 pounds.
The victim was found by HPD patrol officers unresponsive, lying by a plant shrub outside a building, having been shot multiple times.
