
The Itasca County Sheriff's Office is seeking the help of the public to locate a missing teenager, Alissa Plieseis, who disappeared on the evening of March 9. According to information released, the 16-year-old Bigfork, Minnesota resident was last seen leaving her home at approximately 6:30 p.m., and her current location along with her intended destination at the time she went missing remains unknown, as reported by the Minnesota BCA.
MISSING PERSON ALERT: Itasca Co. Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Alissa Plieseis, 16. She is 5'6", 200 lbs., and blue eyes. She currently has red hair. Plieseis was last seen wearing a camouflage hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

Details provided by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Apprehension describe Alissa as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds, with blue eyes and red hair.
On the day of her disappearance, she was wearing a camouflage hooded sweatshirt, and jeans, an announcement by the Itasca County Sheriff’s Office reported. The public, including anyone who might have seen Plieseis or knows of her whereabouts, is urged, to immediately dial 911.
