Hop to it, Keller residents—some of your city facilities will be taking a short break in observance of the Easter bunny's big weekend. Keller Town Hall, the Keller Public Library, and the Keller Senior Activities Center have all announced they will close their doors on Friday, March 29, and Sunday, March 31, so you'll need to plan your library visits and city inquiries accordingly.
But don't fret about staying active over the holiday, The Keller Pointe is sticking to its schedule on March 29, though it will join the other facilities in rest on the actual holiday. The city confirmed in a statement that while the building closures might slow down the typical hustle of municipal activity folks looking to burn off those chocolate eggs can still hit the gym on Friday.
Also, don't worry about dragging your trash cans back from the curb too soon because the garbage and recycling services will be running without interruption despite the Easter celebrations, the City of Keller said. It's business as usual for sanitation crews, so keep to your routine when it comes to waste management.
Whether you're gearing up for a serene weekend or making last-minute runs for egg dye and baskets, the city of Keller's got you covered with clear info on what will be up and running. Anyone with urgent town hall business better hop to it before Friday, or you'll be waiting until after the Easter Bunny’s had his day.
