Tran is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 130 pounds with long grey hair typically worn in a ponytail, and brown eyes, and when he disappeared, he was wearing a red and white striped jacket and using a red walker. The Sheriff's Department is asking anyone who might have seen Tran or has any relevant information about his whereabouts to step forward, this could be crucial in aiding his safe return.
