A routine disturbance call at a CVS on Tomball Parkway spun into the arrest of a man wanted on multiple warrants. Officials from Constable Mark Herman's office arrived on the scene on March 15th after receiving reports of a commotion at the pharmacy located in the 19700 block. The man causing the disturbance was quickly identified as Isaiah Roberson.
Investigation on the ground revealed that Roberson had two outstanding warrants from Travis County for assault, as well as a pair of open misdemeanor warrants from Harris County for interfering with public duties and making terroristic threats. Constable Mark Herman's deputies were quick to detain the suspect, acting upon the warrants with due diligence.
"Isaiah Roberson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. His bond was set at $6,530.00 out of County Court 14." the Constable's office announced in a statement published on their official Facebook page.
The Harris County Jail now houses the suspect, where he is to await the legal process after his arrest.
