The stolen vehicle, a 2012 silver Buick Verona with Delaware tag # 323204, was operated by an unknown individual who decided to quickly flee northbound on the 3200 block of G Street, along with the unsuspecting 34-year-old white female inside. The victim has since been found and is reported to be in good condition, alas, the Philadelphia Police Department continues to vigorously search for the vehicle, the police blotter noted.
The suspect has been described as a male with a thin build and a light complexion, with his identity obscured by a mask, further clad in a black puffy jacket, hood up, and black pants.
