The Plymouth Police Department shared the incident, which unfolded late Thursday evening. "An officer observed this vehicle on I-494 in Plymouth all over the road, failing to maintain their lane," the department posted. After being pulled over, the driver was asked to quickly perform a standardized field sobriety test and subsequently blew a .20 on the preliminary breath test (PBT) — a reading notably higher than Minnesota's .08 legal limit.
