Fortunately, the victim escaped with minor injuries from the shattered glass, according to the California Highway Patrol Hayward Area.
The suspect, reportedly manning a green Toyota sedan, was swiftly identified and apprehended within a day of the crime by a combined effort of the CHP Hayward and the Golden Gate Division Special Investigations Unit. Further probing led to a search warrant at the suspect's residence, where two firearms and an extensive cache of ammunition were confiscated.
