A knife-wielding woman caused a stir at Fox Studio Lot in Los Angeles this Wednesday, leading to an immediate police response and her subsequent arrest. The Los Angeles Police Department was summoned to 10201 W Pico Blvd after being alerted to a situation involving an armed individual around 9:45 a.m., FOX 11 reported.

The unidentified suspect, described as a woman in her mid-30s, entered the facility and, wielding a knife, began threatening harm against herself and others not only did she brandish the weapon but also engaged in a confrontation with the security staff on-site before locking herself in a room on the third floor of the building, the same source noted. Staff members and others present were advised to keep clear of the area, particularly the third floor where the crisis was unfolding.

No injuries have been reported in the incident that required a heavy response from local law enforcement. According to KTLA, the ordeal concluded when the suspect eventually dropped the knife and was taken into police custody. The situation was under control shortly after 10:00 a.m.
