Conducting what began as a routine traffic stop on April 11, law enforcement officials zeroed in on a vehicle operated by Marquis Madden.
As the investigation unfolded, stationed behind the wheels of a car that wasn't his, findings confirmed Madden's ride was hot - a not-so-clever endgame for what turned out to be a stolen vehicle. The Harris County Constable's Office, Precinct 4, slapped the cuffs on Madden and escorted him to Harris County Jail.
The constable's official Facebook page was abuzz with the development, outlining the alleged criminal fumble. "Marquis Madden was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He is awaiting bond out of the 176th District Court," a statement by Harris County Constable's Office, Precinct 4.
