According to the report from August 10, 2023, the incident took place at an address on South Braeswood Blvd in Houston. Investigators were prompted by the victim's outcry, which led to the discovery that the child had been sexually assaulted by Giron-Martinez, as stated in a Crime Stoppers press release.
The fugitive is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall with brown eyes, and black hair.
