A 28-year-old man was viciously stabbed twice by an unidentified suspect late last night in Otay Mesa West, police report. The incident occurred at approximately 11:15 PM in the Montgomery Waller Rec Center parking lot, situated at 3020 Coronado Avenue.

The victim, who sustained injuries to the chest and lower torso, was attacked near the basketball courts as he was departing the scene. Describing his assailant only as a "male juvenile," the wounded man was quickly transported to a local hospital with injuries that were confirmed to be non-life-threatening.
