The 44-year-old Perez is described as 5’4, weighing about 130lbs, with brown eyes and black hair; her last outfit included blue jeans, tan sneakers, and a black coat, police shared her details in hopes that someone might recognize her and the officials from the 39th District are urging anyone with any information to come forward, no matter how insignificant it might seem as every second counts in cases of missing persons and it could help bring Silvia back home.
