Early Sunday morning gunfire and allegations of domestic violence led Seattle police to arrest a 23-year-old man in Delridge. According to the SPD Blotter, the incident unfolded around 2:27 a.m. when authorities received a 911 call from an apartment block on Southwest Webster Street.

The responding officers were met with a complex scene where an injured man and woman required attention inside one of the units. Seattle police established probable cause to apprehend the man on the grounds of felony harassment linked to domestic violence. A subsequent search warrant allowed officers to seize a handgun as part of the investigation.

Taken into custody and now facing serious charges, the suspect was booked into King County Jail. His identity was not immediately released, but the nature of the crime has raised concern in the local community.
