A horrifying incident left a tow truck driver critically injured this afternoon when the vehicle he was unloading rolled over him on Sam Houston Parkway West, near Bencrest Drive.
Mark Herman of the Harris County Constable's Office Precinct 4 reported the accident via X post stating that the man was bleeding under the truck that fell. Emergency crews were alerted to the precarious situation, with medics and deputies hastily responding to the scene, though the full extent of the man’s injuries remains unclear as reported by KPRC 2.

"The driver was unloading the truck for an auction at the time of the incident," Constable Herman explained, detailing the incident that involved an occupation marred with potential hazards lying underneath apparent routine tasks. He was urgently transported to the hospital following the accident. His condition was reported as critical, according to KHOU.
