Buffalo Wild Wings was the scene of a heated altercation on April 16 when a female suspect, now identified as Andrea Josten, reportedly refused to leave the premises. According to a Facebook post by Constable Mark Herman's Office, deputies arrived around the 15800 block of the North Freeway to a disturbance call. The incident quickly escalated as Josten allegedly became verbally aggressive and pushed a Constable Deputy when being escorted out.

While attempting to maintain order, deputies struggled briefly to safely detain Josten. "Andrea Josten was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Interference with the Duties of a Public Servant," Constable Mark Herman stated. As of the time of the report, details on Josten's bond and court appearance remained to be formally set.

The confrontation, which began as a simple request for Josten to vacate the business, spun out to involve law enforcement to ensure the establishment's and patron's safety. Details surrounding the initial cause of the disturbance have not been disclosed.
