According to the Pacifica Police Department, the incident occurred on the 300 block of Horizon Way around 3:40 am when suspects tried to steal a resident's vehicle. Upon being confronted by the homeowner, the suspects split and took off in two separate vehicles, discharging firearms as they sped away towards Inverness Drive.
