
A somber mood has settled over a local Houston community where a 4-year-old child tragically died after being found unresponsive in an apartment complex pool. The Harris County Sheriff's Office responded to the incident after the child had been submerged at the 1721 Greenhouse complex. Despite the presence of parents, siblings, and a group of 15-20 people around the pool area, the child slipped under the water unnoticed.
After being discovered in the pool, CPR was administered as the child was desperately transported to the hospital, clinging to the fragile strands of life. According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the child was pronounced deceased upon arrival at the hospital.
